MEMBERSHIP

If you reside in or pay property taxes to Lower Providence Township, this is your home library.  Other Montgomery County residents may complete an application for a card here, which we will forward to your home library for issuance.  We are a participating ACCESS PA library and will accept all ACCESS cards.  Your card entitles you to use most other Pennsylvania public libraries as well.  Books may be checked out and/or returned at any of these libraries.  A card is valid for three years and then must be renewed.  If you lose your card during that period, we will issue a new one for a $1.00 fee.
