Story Times are
held eight times each week for infants to preschoolers
A
kids' Readers Club meets once a month for ages 8-11
Our
Teen Advisory Board (TAB) meets once a month
We offer special
FREE PROGRAMS on a
wide variety of subjects for all ages!
Come
experience dance and knitting classes, author visits, magicians
and storytellers, art and poetry displays…and even live musical
performances!
NEW!!! Have your
child's
birthday party at the library! For ages 2-6.
Our
Summer Reading program runs from June through August – kids can
win FREE prizes just for reading books!!
Also,
Science in the Summer happens every
July (with registration throughout May)!
We strive to
offer our patrons the finest service and programming for all age
groups. Just as your children are
growing, our resources are always growing!
We are always adding to our collection, which includes picture
books, easy-reader and easy non-fiction books for pre-school
children. We have a growing selection of educational
Parent/Teacher books and magazines. Our Juvenile collection
includes fiction, non-fiction and biography sources. We even
have books on CD, downloadable books, graphic novels,
periodicals and a wireless Internet connection.
While you
are here, we invite you to enjoy your time with your youngsters
in the cozy reading area of our children’s wing.
